I was generally interested to see how powerful this unit is. Let me tell you, it can produce a TON of steam. I am a professional barista, and this took a while to figure out. You can definitely overheat it, and it can definitely be too powerful. However, if you purge out all the air and then use it on a half opened valve (after heating until the release valves hisses a bit) I've gotten great, latte-art-making microfoam. If you're having trouble, stick with it--the Bellman is capable of great results.

The bellman didn't work with my induction cooktop, needed to buy a inbetween. Making good foam takes some getting use to but it is coming. The product feels good and reliable.
