Warranty Period
Excluding consumables, all Bellman products are covered by a 12 month Warranty Period.
What is covered?
Bellman’s Warranty Policy warrants to the original purchaser that:
- All Bellman products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for the duration of their warranty period;
- All Bellman products are free from defects that prevent normal operation; and
- All Bellman products match the provided product description/specifications.
During the warranty period we will repair or replace any parts necessary to correct defects in materials or workmanship. If a defect occurs as the result of a product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part.

Excellent Cappuccino. I have the original version of this unit when it was a plug in with the heating element inside the vessel. This stove top version works just as well and I love the pressure gauge. I recommend a metal container to capture the coffee on the stove and steam the milk at the same time.

I got it for my wife as a Christmas present with the intention of me being the one to use it in order to make her Caffe Mochas and we are both incredibly impressed with it’s performance. I don’t have a ton of coffee making experience but after watching the videos I was able to make amazing caffe Mochas(to our standard). In searching for the right espresso maker I wanted something compact, for our small kitchen, as well as toxin free- no plastic parts in contact with the boiling water and coffee. The bellman fit that bill exactly and I could not be happier with it. It works amazing on our gas stove and even when we don’t make coffee, the milk frother makes amazing hot chocolate. I am very glad to have found this product for my wife and I.
