OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Whether its pulling shots on the Bellman CX-25P or steaming milk on the Bellman CX-25S, we want to get your Bellman to you as soon as possible! From our warehouse to your door, we start processing your order as soon as its placed for dispatch with one of our Ground shipping partners.  

SHIPPING RATES

Canada

  • Contiguous Canada orders above $75.00 - FREE shipping 
  • Contiguous Canada orders under $75.00 - flat rate $10 shipping charge

USA

  • Continental US orders above $75.00 - FREE shipping 
  • Continental US orders under $75.00 - flat rate $10 shipping charge

OUR RETURN POLICY

We know that drinking great coffee is as important as loving the gear you use to make it.  We want to be sure you're as happy with your Bellman products as we are!

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund less any shipping charges within 14 days of your purchase as long as it is unused and still in its original packaging.  

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns are permitted subject to the following strict conditions:

  • All returns must be related to a bellmanespresso.com order and must include a copy of the receipt/invoice for the order.
  • All returns must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
  • All items being returned present 'as new' in appearance, are unused and show no signs of use, wear and tear or damage. We cannot accept a return for items that have been used.
  • All items being returned must be packaged in original, undamaged, packaging with all product tickets and tags.
  • An items original packaging is not used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging.
  • Any shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Any  shipping charges to return an item are non-refundable.

All returns must be authorised by our customer service team before being sent back to us. Please contact one of our friendly Team Members via help@bellmanespresso.com or through our contact form online. We will provide return instructions to start the return process.  

Once a return has been received, please allow up to 7 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.  For exchanges, please return your items for a full refund and replace an order on bellmanespresso.com.

INCORRECT/FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged on the way to you, is faulty on arrival or you have simply received an incorrect item please contact our customer service team via help@bellmanespresso.com or use our contact form online within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Our customer service team will assess the items in your order and offer a replacement part/unit or a refund for the item(s) in your order.  

Faulty or damaged items are subject to the following conditions:

  • If an item is faulty or damaged on arrival and the fault/damage amounts to a major failure of the product you are entitled to a refund or a replacement of the product.
  • If the item fails to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure you are entitled to have the item repaired or replaced. We will determine the extent of the failure.
  • Faulty/damaged items being returned must include a copy of the receipt/invoice for the order.

Please see our Warranty Policy for more information. In the event that you are required to return an item to us, we will provide return instructions.  

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

We recommend that you keep your original product packaging to send returns back to us. When returning items without the original packaging, you will bear the responsibility for safely packaging the items for transport and we accept no liability for any damage that may occur in transit. 

You will need to include your order receipt/invoice inside the shipping box along with your Return form.  If you have been provided a pre-paid shipping label you will also need to attach this to the shipping box.
