Excluding consumables, all Bellman products are covered by a 12 month Warranty Period.
What is covered?
Bellman’s Warranty Policy warrants to the original purchaser that:
- All Bellman products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for the duration of their warranty period;
- All Bellman products are free from defects that prevent normal operation; and
- All Bellman products match the provided product description/specifications.
During the warranty period we will repair or replace any parts necessary to correct defects in materials or workmanship. If a defect occurs as the result of a product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part.

CanadaBellman should be the new standard for home use
I formerly worked for a trendy high-calibre urban cafe. I pride myself on my milk texture and latte art. I own an electric espresso machine with a steam wand, but despise the pressure and performance of it. Enter Bellman. With a little bit of a learning curve on the right amount of water to be using in it and the right amount of heat and time to get the results I was looking for, it exceeded all expectations. Cafe quality milk is pouring out of my pitchers every day and my instagram just got an upgrade on the quality and consistency of my latte art ;) The company touts the portability and flexibility of using the machine in all situations and it’s great I could take it camping or on vacation, but honestly, I don’t think you could do better than Bellman as a permanent fixture in your own home.

In the effort to create a coffee cart business on a budget, I have found myself unable to afford a commercial espresso machine for my business. For someone who will be selling drinks like hot chocolate during the winter, but at first will not be selling an excessive amount, I opted to try the bellman milk steamer. This little thing is a WORK HORSE. I fed it hot water to speed up the time and on my induction stove it took two minutes and it was ready to roll. I'm happy to say I steamed an entire gallon of milk within ten minutes as a test. Even after the entire gallon of milk, the steamer was still half full. It's a brilliant invention and to prevent from getting to high in pressure, it has a release valve near the handle. A couple things I didn't like only on a commercial stand point is that the handle and nobs can get very hot which can make it a bit dangerous in an environment where I'm moving quickly to make drinks, and it's difficult to tell when it is empty so I don't burn it and ruin it. The steam wand is a bit hard to clean because of the crevices near the tip, but other than that, for personal use, this is a gem of a product that you can use to make really foamy milk. It's inexpensive and depending on what your using it for, it will impress you and others with it's effectiveness. It has a very easy learning curve. To improve this product, I would move the release valve away from the handle, and some way to measure how much water is still inside. despite these improvements I still give it five stars.

United Statesmine is old but mighty
These things last forever. I inherited it from my mom and it makes the best hot chocolate. Well steamed milk for hot chocolate. It's really great. I wish I were a verified buyer, but I'm not however I've had this for over 30 years and it is still going strong. The only thing I need is a new rubber gasket.
