Made with 18/8 stainless steel and bakelite parts.
The Bellman 50SS allows you to steam and pour velvety micro foam like a pro barista.
Comparable to most local cafes, the double hole steam wand is designed to create silky, creamy milk that is both sweet and smooth. You can say goodbye to thickened foam bubbles commonly created by electric milk frothers. The Bellman 50SS is an affordable option that can be used either at home, out travelling or camping.
Suitable for Gas, Electric and Ceramic stove tops.

this is a functional design
Our Bellman steamer has been doing regular cappuccino duty here in South Africa—about 5 to 7 cups a day—for about a year; brought from the USA by family. Alongside our Commandante grinder and Flair lever machine, our Bellman is indispensable, especially during power outages when we run it on the gas stove. This is a solid piece of equipment, for sure! Using a smaller milk jug (350 ml / 12 fl. oz.) gave us best results. With correct technique (watch YouTube videos) the Bellman produces a beautifully fine (smooth and silky like wet paint) milk froth for latte art. I recently got the seal kit in readiness for future wear and tear so we don't skip a single cappuccino. You have to wait for steam buildup between cups. Placing the steamer on the stove before grinding my coffee has it pressurized in good time.
Bought the Bellman Steamer a few weeks ago. The components are of very high quality and it works really well. Builds up considerable steam in minutes and after some practice I'm getting barista quality steamed milk. Love this Product. Maria R.
I've finally found what I've been looking for - a stand-alone milk steamer/frother that can do the job. That said, it does present a few challenges in order to quicken the production of steam. Here's my process: 1) Fill the Bellman with 2 cups of BOILING distilled water. This will save you some time. Two cups is about right - remember, you're building steam, so a smaller amount of water will take longer to produce necessary pressure; 2) Place Bellman on a high heat burner (mine's gas, electric takes too long); 3) Super heat the already boiled water on a "high-heat" burner (mine's gas, electric takes too long); 4) While the steam is building, build yourself an espresso ; ) 5) Use whole milk for a nice frothy cappucino; 6) Enjoy your effort!
There is a bit of a learning curve even after reading and watching videos with the remaining quandary being how to speed up the heating/steam process on a gas stove. Overall, it is a keeper and we are excited to have something to take camping!
