Warranty Period
Excluding consumables, all Bellman products are covered by a 12 month Warranty Period.
What is covered?
Bellman’s Warranty Policy warrants to the original purchaser that:
- All Bellman products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for the duration of their warranty period;
- All Bellman products are free from defects that prevent normal operation; and
- All Bellman products match the provided product description/specifications.
During the warranty period we will repair or replace any parts necessary to correct defects in materials or workmanship. If a defect occurs as the result of a product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part.

Great tool! Wish there was an option for the CX25
I got this alongside a Flair lever espresso press. I am super excited for my new kitchen adventure! The Bellman looks and feels like a great quality item I'll have in my arsenal for a long time to come. I'm finding it difficult to get my quantity of milk (300-400 ml) steamed in one go.. perhaps I just need more practice. One other thing: I wish the non-espresso top (as can be seen on the standard steamer: 50SS or the gauge version sold in the UK: CX25) was available standalone for sale. Although very nifty, I do not plan to use the unit much for espresso and would like to remove the extra bulk for the majority of my usage. I'm going to reach out and see if they're able to sell one.

Well’p, as a current user of a semi-auto espresso machine, I was in the market for a solution to have both at a lake “camp” that I could also bring trailer camping. This product definitely takes getting used to, so you’d better be at least a semi-solid coffee geek. 1) The manufacturer recommendations include a heat source with a burner close in size to the base of the Bellman. There are no known household stoves in the universe that meet this criteria. 2) Be OK with the fact that your first 2 shots will be espresso quality (close enough for me), but any following will be mocha pot quality. Adjust your expectations to approximate: “1.0 oz shots for two for breakfast ritual #1, 2.0 oz shots per person for round #2. Keep the milk measurement flexible. Not like a real espresso machine where once you dial in the latest bean/grind, everything is held constant. Not true here. 3) the steamer works amazingly well. Takes a bit longer, but it’s fine. 4) Expect many more parts and pieces to clean, and in general a significant amount of more work. 5) Do boil your water ahead of time in a kettle, or you will be working 20 minutes + for a cup of coffee and will want to send it back while planning a spirited discussion with Bellman Product Management. 6) Finally (I could go on but it is Cocktail Hour): It’s not so great for use in the home. I do think it will work as a camping - I dare say “glamping” - espresso solution.

The Bellman coffee maker has a very nice stainless steel pot, but the rubber grommets and the coffee strainer or filter that goes over. The top of the grains is very flimsy. It’s close to like aluminum foil. I’ve tried to submit several reviews, but have not been successful. I do wish I could return mine. I am not happy. I’ve used it four times since I bought it.

Great cappuccino from a solid high quality espresso maker. Waking up to fresh mountain air while enjoying an Italian inspired cappuccino is one of the best experiences. This machine was easy to use, easy to clean and easy to store and transport.
